Westfield’s first major office development in the UK, One Stratford Place will be followed by a further 1m sq ft of immediate pre-let opportunities.

The 130,000 sq ft building has been built speculatively and, having recently attracted occupiers such as Coral, is now available for requirements of 10,000 to 60,000 sq ft.

One Stratford Place occupies an iconic location at the end of the pedestrian footbridge, which leads into the Olympic Park and commands views across the entire Olympic site, the City of London and Canary Wharf.
