Launch of the BCO Occupier Density Study 2013

In the 2009 edition of the BCO Guide to Specification, we recommended a workplace density of 8-13m2. Is this still relevant or have densities of 8m2 become the new norm?

We will be discussing how the next edition of the BCO Guide to Specification should respond to this challenge. Should the Guide follow the market and drive offices harder or should it stick to its original remit to avoid the potential over-specification of offices?
