Now in its fifth year, the Occupier Satisfaction Survey provides an annual survey of occupiers’ opinions and an index of tenant satisfaction which will enable the UK property industry to independently measure how well the needs of occupiers are being met. This information should enable landlords to be more responsive and to better understand the needs of their occupiers.

The Occupier Satisfaction Survey is sponsored by the bodies that compromise the Property Industry Alliance:

This is a breakfast event and will start at 8am with registration and coffee, followed by presentations from those who have led the work. The session will close at approximately 10am.
