Joint BCO/IPF Seminar: The Market Cycles

The report explores the drivers of demand for cycling and draws on two surveys to understand the role of cycling as part of daily commute to work and the importance of office cycling facilities. The first, a large scale independent survey was carried out by YouGov on behalf of the BCO. The second, a survey by Remit Consulting, was targeted at individuals who have either a keen interest in cycling, are involved in the property industry or both.

The report also highlights the issues that are relevant to the BCO members including occupier demand for cycling provision, how it has changed and what the future holds; implications for marketing of office buildings; regional/city differentials; guidance on cycling provision and the implications for space provision and design.

Join our joint breakfast seminar to find out more about how the office industry needs to adapt to the requirements of the rise in cycling as a method of commuting to work and the implications this has on building specification and market demand.
