Our speakers this morning will be able to tell us of the latest developments in business parks and town centres. We have Alex Turner from USS to give us an introduction, Steve Lang from Savills to set out the case for us, using their evidence base, then we have Chris Richmond from PwC to give us the occupiers perspective, followed by Richard Pilkington from Oxford Properties setting out the case for business parks and Gary Taylor from Altitude speaking in favour of town centres. The intention is to have a lively debate and hopefully learn something new about this engaging and evolving topic.
