Our speakers this morning will be able to tell us of the latest developments in business parks and town centres. We have researchers to set out the case for us, using their evidence base, then we have different speakers: in favour of town centres and in favour of business parks. The intention is to have a lively debate and hopefully learn something new about this engaging and evolving topic.
