The 20-storey 208,000 sq ft building with 206 car parking spaces is already home to Legal & General and Ofwat and provides a range of flexible office space, many of which benefit from 360˚ panoramic views across the city. Completion of the 4.675m refurbishment and development saw a new entrance, reception and atrium abundant in amenities including: on-site bicycle storage, an exclusive glazed atrium and secure car parking facilities.
