Allied London have pioneered a new workspace concept which has resulted in Manchester’s fastest letting office building for some time, proving that thoughtful design and an innovative approach from a developer is appealing to Manchester’s occupational market.

Formerly known as Manchester House, the building comprises 40,000 sq ft of office accomodation and a further 30,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space, and provides a true mixed use offering within a single building.

Tower 12 forms part of the Manchester’s most successful commercial development Spinningfields and is connected to Bridge Street via the pedestrian walkway created by Avenue North.

Tours will be held by OBI Property who acted in a design, project management and leasing capacity. Members of the OBI team and other professional advisors will be on hand to discuss the reasoning behind the design concept and to answer any questions along the way.
