Edmund House is a prime commercial building at the heart of Colmore Business District; recent extensive refurbishment has created 68,815 sq ft of Grade-A standard office accommodation across ten floors with good views to the surrounding city. The tour will be led by Fergus Thompson-Yates (Senior Director for NCS UK), who will run through the rationale of the design and challenges overcome with this ambitious project.

The tour will be coupled with a presentation from John Griffiths (GBR Phoenix Beard, Chair of the Birmingham Office Market Forum), who will explain how Edmund House fits into the wider regional office market as well as offering his predictions for 2015.
