This 55,000 sq.ft. four-storey building is Birmingham’s first speculative new build Grade A office building since 2007. It is also the first building delivered as part of Goodman’s Eastside Locks masterplan. Internally, a contemporary open plan fit out has been undertaken by Birmingham City University to accommodate its administrative functions.

The tour will be followed by an update presentation by Goodman of their latest masterplan proposals for the Eastside Locks site, a 13 acre site ear marked for further office development and a variety of other use types. The presentation will be held in the adjacent BCU Curzon Building overlooking the new Eastside Park with views of the proposed HS 2 station site.

The tour will be introduced by Nigel Allsop of Goodman and led by Nicola Callanan of BCU. Luke Schubert of Aukett Swanke will be presenting masterplan.

Refreshments will be provided, along with the chance to network with BCO members and fellow industry professionals after the tour and presentation.
