Great care was taken by the design team to incorporate the original features that remained in the building, with original sash windows, cast iron radiators and bathrooms all being retained and reused.

The building’s greatest triumph has been the creation of a vast atrium within a previously derelict external courtyard. This new feature – called The Heart – now forms the hub of the business centre, with reception and management office, a café and co-working zones all coexisting in the bright and airy 3,000 sq ft space.

The talk will review the brief, the design and construction of the building as well as sharing the experience of the occupiers. The talk will be followed by a tour of the Centre with refreshments and networking opportunities available after.
