With land availability for new development remaining tight in central locations, owners, developers and their consultants are forced to overcome fresh challenges when delivering the next generation of buildings.

Bridging the Gap will take place in the recently launched Marketing Suite for Cannon Place, a new 400,000 sq ft office development being undertaken by Hines in the heart of the City above Cannon Street mainline and London Underground stations which is due to complete in Q4 2011.
