A panel of experts will consider improvements to New Street Rail Station, extension of the City’s Midland Metro tram network, and major expansion of Birmingham International Airport and debate which of these substantial enhancements to the City will most effectively lead to a significant shift in the City’s offering – and whether together they can lead to a substantial shift in the overall perception of the City’s brand.
