Business Information Modelling (BIM) is transforming how buildings are designed, constructed and operated. We have invited Andrew Barraclough, co-author of the BCO BIM Report, to present BCO’s research and talk about the benefits and future potential of the BIM process.

The seminar is followed by a tour of the new Imperial Tobacco Headquarters in Bristol where BIM played a crucial part in achieving a highly sustainable building with maximised energy efficiency.
