The digital industries are pushing the boundaries of creativity, technology and knowledge and nowhere more so than in Sheffield. Across the region the sector employs in excess of 123,000 employees in more than 13,000 businesses, adding £5.21bn gross value.

The unique nature of Sheffield Digital Campus – from its careful masterplanning to provide an excellent working environment through to integrated knowledge hubs designed to spark collaboration between companies on the site – will help every business, from start-up to established world beater, grow and develop.

The site, located between Ponds Forge, the Sheffield city bus station and the city’s mainline rail station, has capacity for up to 600,000 sq ft of modern and scalable office accommodation across a wide range of floorplates and building layouts.

Electric Works is a contemporary office place for creative, digital and media businesses. Opening early 2009 with serviced office space for small and large creative businesses; state of the art meeting and presentation facilities and dedicated conferencing and seminar spaces for between 2 and 200 people. It will become the heart and soul of the fast emerging Sheffield Digital Campus.
