The Import Building demonstrates how a well specified 1990s building can be ‘reborn’ to provide state of the art office accommodation.

Originally constructed in the early 1990s, the 270,000 sq ft Import Building is the first building in this estate, known as Republic to undergo a comprehensive refurbishment. The Building now not only provides inspirational office accommodation but also addresses the latest in workplace trends and amenity offering.

From the carefully landscaped public realm, designed to provide comfortable outdoor meeting areas, past the Scott King designed graphic façade to the reinvented atrium by Studio RHE which includes boardroom, auditorium and informal meeting areas, all elements of this building have been planned to maximise the experience of the occupier.
