After an extensive review of their property portfolio in 2004, Deloitte took the opportunity to create a Central London campus centred on a new headquarters building at 2 New Street Square. In addition to 2 New Street Square the campus consisted of a further smaller building in Land Securities’ development designed by Rab Bennetts along with three older buildings in close promixity already occupied by Deloitte; the three existing buildings were refurbished to sit alongside 2 & 3 New Street Square to a consistent quality of finish.

2 New Street Square consists of some 216,000 sq ft on Ground and 10 upper floors. The building is accessed by an entrance hall from New Street Square. The 1st Floor Client Reception and Meeting Suite is accessed via a dedicated lift and staircase. Floors 2-9 house Deloitte working floors with an Executive Suite including Boardroom and Dining Rooms on the 10th Floor.
