The Charter Building will provide over 244,000 sq ft of high specification, design-led workspace to Uxbridge. The sheer footprint, along with ceiling heights up to four metres, one-acre floorplates, and the vast and voluminous entrance lobby, make it one of the largest spec office developments in London and the South East – and indeed the largest in Uxbridge.

Developed by the joint venture between Landid Property and Brockton Capital, The Charter Building has been designed to bring a new sort of workspace to Uxbridge. Just 100 metres from Uxbridge tube station, the building will provide a well-connected home for the modern, discerning occupier that values sustainability, good design and the wellbeing of its workforce.

The project has seen the original building, which was once the UK headquarters for Coca Cola, completely stripped back to its structural frame. The floor plates have been extended and a new penthouse floor with access to a dramatic roof terrace has been added.
