Our first speaker of the evening is Stephen Widnall, Development Director of Rightacres Property Co. Ltd, the developers of the ambitious regeneration scheme, Central Square. The talk will include an overview of the developments planned for Central Square including the new BBC Wales HQ and the proposed new Interchange building. In addition, Phil Jardine, Partner of Blake Morgan which has taken the top two floors of the 135,000 sq ft office scheme, will share his experiences of relocating to One Central Square.
