The massing of the building has been sculpted from a single rectangular block, with the tapering profiles of the upper floors created in response to Rights of Light analysis. The facades are formed with a homogenous arrangement of reconstituted stone fins, orientated and stacked differently on each elevation in response to solar shading requirements.

The interiors and public art pay homage to the area’s disappearing retail electronics heritage, with references in the signage, a full storey-height computer board of patinated brass in the reception and a stairwell balustrade designed as Morse code.

The building offers an abundance of natural light across flexible floorplates, a high quality of finish throughout and first-rate cycling facilities as well as luxury changing rooms and drying lockers.
