Lendlease & LCR delivered 12 Endeavour Square, the new home of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), as part of the International Quarter London (IQL). This is a project which will deliver four million sq. ft. of Grade ‘A’ office accommodation putting employee wellbeing at the heart of workplace design. The FCA are the anchor tenant of 12 Endeavour Square with 3,800 employees occupying 15 of the 19 floors. The development focussed on enabling the FCA’s key objectives of creating a healthy workplace and providing an environment that facilitates collaborative working.

The fit out for FCA, designed by Perkins & Will, established and delivered on a clear brief that met all of the FCA’s needs. This was key to the success in encouraging staff to move to a new geographical location and embracing new ways of working.
