PDP London have transformed a dark and unworkable space into a highly bespoke new office for their practice. In close consultation with the landlord, Grosvenor and following internal consultations with staff, the vision was to create an inventive and collaborative environment, where staff enjoy coming to work each day. The hub and an outdoor terrace form the centrepiece of the design, creating a ‘home’ environment where staff can meet, exchange ideas and socialise.

The space complements Grosvenor’s vision for Eccleston Yards as an urban oasis centred around wellbeing and creativity and offers staff a like-minded community to be a part of. The result has been immensely influential, creating a hugely positive change in the culture of the business.
