Clothing retailer Boden’s head office no longer supported their needs or their brand, and they originally thought that their only option was to relocate to a new home. However after extensive analysis of potential new locations, as well as their existing office, Spacelab discovered an opportunity for them to stay put and retrofit Boden House.

Spacelab have delivered a space that has completely transformed how Boden work, both with each other and with their products. By extending the existing overutilised office space, where teams were segregated across six floors, into the large warehouse space at the rear, they have created an open and buzzing workplace that brings everyone together and places their people and product at the heart of it all.

With one team member stating ‘this building has changed my life’, this project is a great example of how space can have a huge impact on both mental and physical wellbeing, helping people feel more together and connected to the wider brand.
