Careful intervention and use of the existing concrete structure allowed this building to be regenerated into a more modern workplace. The judges’ particularly praised the displacement of redundant basement and roof plant spaces which allowed the team to create much needed cycle facilities and to maximise views across the London skyline in the creation of new office areas.
