The visit will also take in a tour around the Ernst Young offices within the building. Ernst Young occupy approximately 40,000sf in the building on levels 8 – 10, and were the key anchor tenant for the scheme when it was completed in 2017.

To quote the Architects Simpson Haugh, ‘Nr 2 St Peter’s Square provides an elegantly crafted office building that completes the revitalisation of St Peter’s Square at Manchester’s civic heart, addressing three of the city’s most important civic and historic buildings: the Town Hall, the Town Hall Extension and the Central Library.’

The tour will commence with a briefing and tour of the main building followed by a short presentation from Ernst Young and a tour of their office floors within the building.

The event will commence at 5.00pm and close at approximately 7.00pm. Following the visit networking drinks will take place in the adjacent Anthologist Bar in Nr 1 St Peter’s Square. A final timetable for the evening will be published shortly.
