11 & 12 Wellington Place is one of the most sustainable buildings in the UK and the first 5* NABERS accredited building outside of London. Its design has eliminated any dependence on fossil fuels and has created an operationally efficient commercial office building, unrivalled in the region.

Hear from the developer MEPC & their design team (tp bennett/ARUP) on the building’s journey and learn about all the other unique features of this incredible building.

In addition to the talk and tour, the morning will provide opportunity to meet for refreshments and connect with like-minded professionals; from the local community and beyond.
