In this presentation we will explain what is meant by the term ‘intelligent building’. We will look at the benefits of embracing integrated technology in buildings for developers, operators and businesses alike. We will explain how developers can enable the digital infrastructure to attract tenants, how operators can use the intelligent data to run buildings more easily and efficiently and how organisations can provide an enhanced user experience and also benefit from instant data for reporting and to inform business decisions. We will also touch on how the use of these technologies can help attract a newly nomadic workforce back into the office.
