Located in the heart of Bristol city centre, the 120-year-old Generator building was originally used to power the city’s trams and remained derelict in recent years.

This iconic Grade II listed building has now been transformed into flexible, collaborative offices which provide contemporary workspaces to multiple tenants.

A new entrance has been created with polished concrete floors maintaining the building’s period features while opening up the lobby to create a grand triple height reception and atrium with a hanging feature light. The ground floor consists of an open plan cafe area with seating and event space and meeting rooms with the remaining floors divided into individual offices.
