2 Kingsway was comprehensively refurbished and extended by Ardstone in 2016, involving the reconfiguration of the floor plates to provide uninterrupted open plan office accommodation, a two-storey atrium with full height glazing and new M&E throughout.

Savills agreed terms to take the 5th floor of 2 Kingsway in the spring of 2017 and moved into the building in November. Office Image, as fit out contractors, were briefed to provide a modern, innovative and impressive working environment designed to accommodate not only personnel, but also clients and visitors alike. The new open plan office development offers agile working to encourage a more open and collaborative workforce and promote health and wellbeing. This fit out is in the running for the Projects up to 1500m2 category in the 2018 BCO South of England and South Wales regional awards.
