Calon at the Interchange is a 120,000 square foot office space that has become Legal & General’s headquarters in Wales and is the crescendo of the company’s £1bn investment in Cardiff and a £475m investment into the regeneration of Cardiff’s Central Square, which was developed by Rightacres and is run in partnership with Cardiff Council, Transport for Wales and Welsh Government.

This office demonstrates L&G’s commitment to sustainability, technology, wellbeing, and the future of work. It is a Net Zero aligned building to the highest standard including BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum and targeting NABERS 5*.

The building is aptly named Calon meaning heart in Welsh and truly is the heart of the local area delivering real value back to the local community through the supply chain, employment opportunities and education.
