Over the last nine months there has been an explosion of home working and blended working between the office and home all around the world, including the UK. The short term future over the next 12 months is still unclear but it is widely recognised the longer term will require a shift in both employers and employees views around the purpose of the office.

The longer term relationship between employers and their workforces will evolve, as employees gain a new autonomy while they work from home more often than ever before.
