Completed in August 2021, Atlantic Square is a highly successful office development with ground floor retail and leisure space. At 96,650 sq.ft., Atlantic Square is a major mixed use regenerative development, includes the completion of significant public realm works comprising a new thoroughfare space between the buildings, and has been designed to incorporate an important Grade ‘A’ listed retained façade on the western side of the site.

Burness Paull took occupancy of its 14,814 sq. ft. fourth floor space in December 2022, as it sought a new base for colleagues in Glasgow that was not only tailored to their new hybrid working principles, but also met the highest standard of environmental credential.
