Dundee is in the midst of a £1 billion transformation of its waterfront with positive development projects across all sectors – cultural, transport, retail, residential and office.

During the afternoon, BCO and BCO NextGen members, and non-members, will be hearing about these exciting proposals from Allan Watt from Dundee City Council, Bill Marley and Arron Finnie from Ryden LLP.

This will be followed by a building tour of the former Shed 25at City Quay which has been is currently being converted to office accommodation, Water’s Edge.

We will then finish with a tour of DC Thomson’s recently completed workplace refurbishment, marking their return to their historic city centre HQ – capped by networking drinks from 18.30 with magnificent views!
