Change management is an important part of office moves, whether it is to a new location or teams moving/merging within existing office space. Organisations must embrace change to survive day-to-day issues, unanticipated events, challenges and critical issues. How does leadership create both a workstyle and office environment that not only survives a crisis but gets the most out of today’s frequent and disruptive accelerating changes?

This study which has been undertaken by KKS on behalf of the BCO brings together the expertise from academia and up-to-the minute best practice in workplace design. It examines how corporate culture can establish an engaged and productive workforce who will support the company vision and contribute to its commercial success.
