Chiel Grevers, the General Manager of Klaver Bicycle Parking in the Netherlands, where his main tasks are overseeing the daily operations of the organisation and ensuring the implementation of the business strategy. As a bicycle parking specialist, Klaver spends a lot of time and attention on the problems surrounding bicycle parking, developing parking solutions and sharing its knowledge.

Shirly Kalush, a passionate mobility advocate with 12 years’ experience. Shirly is the CBDO of GoTo Global, the first multimodal mobility service provider offering shared cars, mopeds, bikes, and kick scooters in Spain, Israel and Malta. She is responsible for fundraising, M&A, global expansion, new business and operations. She was previously the Business Developer for BlaBlaCar, the largest carpooling marketplace, launching the platform in Brazil, negotiating partnerships, and monetising its operation in Spain and Portugal. Shirly was also the Country Manager of the taxi app “SaferTaxi” in Argentina and has worked for international organizations such as the WTO, ITC/UN, World Bank and OAS.
Claudine Hart, an independent business consultant with 25 years of experience in the private sector and UK central government with a focus on the management of cultural and business change arising from new organisational structures, changes to working practices and technology solutions. Claudine is currently living in Basel, Switzerland and is a happy photographer, diver and cyclist!
