BCO Occupier Breakfast – CAT A vs Shell and Core

Timings:

08.30 – 10.30

When it comes to completing an office building owners are faced with two choices: Shell & Core , or Cat A. This choice is affected by various commercial, practical, and market influences and in recent times a significant debate has opened up across the BCO membership over these choices. Whilst changing market conditions and design trends regularly stimulate this debate, the new issue of ‘sustainability’ has encouraged many members to question the demand and requirements of Cat A over Shell & Core. Across the industry it is clear that everyone from agents, owner developers, designers, and occupiers have different views and during the national launch events for the recent BCO Guide to Environmental Management this subject was continuously raised.

Featuring Paul Harrington, PwC, Julian Lyon, GM Worldwide Real Estate, Paul Burgess, British Land and David Williams, Savills Commercial Ltd, this interactive seminar will discuss the core issues, present new thinking on the completion options available, and enable members to inform and participate in this debate.
