Commissioned by Legal and General and designed by Ryder Architecture the building is BREEAM Excellent and Wiredscore Platinum. Completed in March 2022 the building is already 50% let with international law firm Womble Bond Dickinson committing to four floors – fit outs by Overbury are underway.
