Circle Square is Manchester’s new 2.4m sq.ft neighbourhood, surrounded by world-leading knowledge institutions and cultural hotspots. A joint venture between Bruntwood SciTech and Vita Group, Circle Square includes 1,700 new homes, 1.2 million square feet of workspace, new restaurants, bars and shops and a hotel, all centred around a stunning new city park.

The first main phase of Circle Square completed in Spring 2021, including over 1,000 new homes, 400,000 sq.ft of flexible office space, a multistorey car park & hotel, plus shops, restaurants, bars and Symphony Park, the city’s newest green space.
