BCO North: Talk & Tour of Bruntwood Works’ Pioneer redevelopments

Part of Bruntwood Works’ £50m Pioneer redevelopment scheme, Bloc and 111 Piccadilly are prime examples of our vision to breathe life into existing assets. Pioneer buildings are the future of workspace design and innovation; the buildings of tomorrow, today, with a focus on six key pillars: wellbeing, amenity, biophilia, technology, art and sustainability.

The event will explore these six pillars with discussions around how we are looking to support the return to work and offer an environment, which supports physical and mental wellbeing, encourages innovation and attracts the best of talent. Talks from expert speakers including Luke Artingstall of Artin Light, Richard & Jessica Rowlands of I Want Plants, plus a focus on our industry-leading sustainable building practices from Bruntwood Works building director Adam Tillis.

Following a tour of Bloc and a quick drop-in at RESET by FORM, the building’s state-of-the-art yoga studio, the guided tour will move onto 111 Piccadilly with some fascinating facts along the way. Complimentary food and refreshments are available throughout the evening, along with a ‘Pioneer pillar’ goody bag for all attendees.
