Walker Morris hadn’t moved offices in 20 years and was seen as a key investment for the company and an outward expression of their brand ethos as being distinctive.

Located on the periphery of the MEPC Wellington Place masterplan, the proposal recognised the critical mass developing in this workplace destination and tailored new interventions in response. Walker Morris recognised that in order to attract the best talent, they needed to provide an outstanding working environment. From Town Hall spaces, business lounge, to flexible working, the internal arrangement was informed by an extensive phase of workplace consultancy as the law firm migrated to an open-plan agile arrangement.
