BCO North Research Launch: The Customer Experience Revolution – Closing the Skills Gap

The BCO is delighted to announce the regional launch of its third study in the ‘Customer Experience’ portfolio of thought leadership and best practice guidance.

This study focuses on the growing importance of service delivery and the need for a shift away from the traditional roles of property and facilities management as the industry continues to evolve and respond to the needs of occupants. It considers the lessons that can be learnt from the hospitality sector and market disruptors; highlights the significance of recruiting and training people with the right skills and attitudes as well as addressing the impact of technology on roles and skills.
