Please join us for this joint BCO/JLL Manchester Office Market Trends event. Presentations will cover the impact of the events of 2020-21 on the local and regional workspace sector and how those might affect the office market going forward.

Located on the 10th floor of the recently completed Landmark building on St Peter’s Square in Manchester City Centre, the new JLL Manchester HQ office space provides the first Well Platinum Certified Office outside of London in the UK. Further presentations will include the roadmap undertaken and lessons learned in delivering this healthy, low embodied carbon and people centric workspace.

Guided tours of the workspace will be available following the presentations.
