VICTORIA BAJELA
Victoria is an Associate Director in Savills commercial research team specialising in the Central London investment and occupational markets and joined in January 2018. Previously, Victoria was head of Central London office research at Estate Gazette having previously worked in GVA’s (now Avison Young) research team.

PATRICK SCANLON
Patrick joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2018 as Head of UK Offices Research & Insight. He is responsible for UK offices market research, forecasts and thought leadership. Previously, Patrick spent 13 years at Knight Frank where he was Head of Central London Research. He has also held research positions at JLL.
