Ben has been monitoring the central London commercial property market for the last six years. He collects data for leasing activity in Central London, producing regular analysis and market commentary. Greg joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2019 as Head of UK Research & Insight. He is responsible for UK market research, forecasts and thought leadership on urban regeneration, sustainability and investment. Previously, Greg was head of research at AXA IM – Real Assets. He has also held senior research positions at MSCI (formerly IPD) and CoStar.
