This rare ‘under construction’ tour will give BCO members a first look into the development where they can learn about the design, construction process and technical challenges associated with its proximity to the historic market, before it completes in Q1 2025.

Designed by the award winning architecture practice Make, this 35 storey tower’s sophisticated aesthetic integrates seamlessly with the Cityscape, with panoramic views on every floor ensuring tenants will feel forever connected to the urban landscape around them. The development also features an innovative basement construction sequence, which protects the stability of the Leadenhall Market. Once complete the building will feature 40,000m² of office accommodation, a free public terrace and ground floor retail.
