Members will also hear from Havas’ Building Services Director on the decision to move to King’s Cross, the influencing factors driving the fit out, and how the building works for Havas staff.

Three Pancras Square sits in the heart of the King’s Cross Estate, one of the largest and most exciting mixed-use Estates in London, overlooking Regents Canal, Granary Square and Coal Drops Yard. The building, designed by Porphyrios Associates, was completed in 2016 and extends to 164,000 sq ft over ten floors with a typical floor at 18,000 sq ft. The building has a BREEAM rating of ‘Outstanding’.

In 2018 Havas won the regional BCO award for “Best Fit Out of Workplace” in the annual BCO Awards program. Havas worked with MCM Architecture to deliver a unique fit out for each of their individual brands, while creating a sense of tangible connectivity across the building through the use of internal staircases. As well as a number of terraces the building offers best in class amenity space with a café, auditorium and impressive reception area.
