Covering 53-acres Canada Water is one of the largest mixed use regeneration projects in London. British Land, in a joint venture with AustralianSuper, have a masterplan agreement with Southwark Council to deliver a new town centre, the first in London in 50 years.

Over the next 12 years the masterplan will deliver a new high street and town square, up to 3,000 new net zero carbon homes, 1 million sq ft of new retail, leisure and community space and 2 million sq ft of workspace, set around water and public green spaces.

The first phase of the development will be delivered in 2024 and comprises two plots which will provide 300,000 sq ft of sustainable, innovative and adaptable workspace with terraces and dock views.
