Designed by architectural practice Make Architects and developed by CO-RE in partnership with Old Park Lane Management this new commercial building is set to bring more than 450,000ft² of Grade A office space and 10,000 sq ft of premium retail provision to a prominent corner site just north of Moorgate Station. 76% of the space will have access to external space via balconies and over 20,000 sq ft of terraces.

In 2020 the project was awarded BREEAM Outstanding at design stage, thought to be the largest-ever commercial project to secure the accreditation at this stage and is also targeting WELL V2 Platinum. The building is pre-let to Linklater’s as their new headquarters and is due for completion in 2023.
