The event will start with an introduction to the BCO mentoring programme, letting you know a little more about how it works. The mentors will then introduce themselves and you will be placed in two one to one breakout rooms, so that you and a mentor can find out whether you are a good fit.

Prior to the event we will send out a list of confirmed mentors, and you will be able to pick your preferred mentors for the breakout sessions. Then following the session you will have the opportunity to request a particular mentor.
