You are invited to visit Yonder’s office, on the top floor of the building. There will be an opening presentation from Eamon Fox, partner and head of office agency at Knight Frank in Leeds, discussing the agencies’ reasons for purchasing Concordia Works, the business plan and the results achieved. There will then be presentations from Mark Gayton of Malcolm Hollis who talk about the building surveying aspects of the project, and Jeremy Wiggins, Gpad, who will talk through the design of the building.

There will be opportunities to network with industry peers and BCO members.
